This trip is one of the most memorable, exciting, and beautiful experiences I have had in the outdoors. There were so many things to experience: mountains, snow, elk, elevation, tracking, watching the dogs work, learning from the guides, and more. The more I thought about writing a Journal Entry, the more I realized that it would be 10 pages so I might as well just show the video and let it tell the story.

The Outfitter was Mark V Outfitters, Robert Roll. CLICK HERE to learn more about his operations.

The Head Guide was Freddie Seeds, who is also the Fire Chief at Los Alamos Labs. Knowing that you have an EMT with you on a Mountain Lion Hunt in the wilderness is comforting.

They also run Black Bear, Elk, Pronghorn, and Bison hunts.

  That was an awesome video. I can't imagine how you felt, right before you pulled the trigger, and the high afterward must have been extreme, especially when you consider the great scenery and cold mountain air. I would feel humbled to have the honor taking such a magnificient animal.
