I went hunting with my buddy Jake Wednesday and got my first hog with a bow.  I've shot plenty with a gun but I've just not had the opportunity with a bow.  It was awesome.  I guess I probaly got about 15 yards away stalking and let that arrow fly.  It was a sow and she flipped over and died on the spot.  Awesome.  I'm hoping to get another one today out by 281 & 71 on another ranch.

I apologize and am hacked at myself for not having my camera.

Hog hunting is a great way to stay in shape for whitetails. I hog hunt when I can and only with a bow. I like shooting a bow so much that I don't hardly pick up a gun unless it's to take my kids hunting.
