I need to find a charter to go out of Port A the end of September or beginning of October.  There will probably be about 10 of us.  Anyone know a good one?  What do you usually catch this time of year?

Make sure you get in before the snapper closure.  As far as charters, 10 is an odd size, usually most private charters hold 6 or less,  check dolphindocks.com  for the party boat deal.  I've had some good 24 hour trips with them, but you will have to share the boat. 

Do nob= DOA wingshooting

Allen,

5 of us went out of Port A in the end of July. Boat was the "Defiance" 34' whaler,,,, very nice. Captain is Ralph Ray AKA the fish muderer... We decided on a 12 hr. trip and went 63 miles off. caught a limit of Amber jack and a bunch of snaps.

Great trip, I would recommend highly. Ralph is not happy unless you are really tearing them up..
