This is my wifes recipe as it's Messy makin um , but there oh so good !


Simmer enchiladas sauce

Simmer the corn tortilla's in the sauce

Cook 1lb of ground venison or beef with Lawrys taco seasoning in a seperate fryin pan ,

Roll them up with chedder chedder cheese & lettuce in the tortilla's

Put in the oven at 350F for 15 minutes & top with some more chedder cheese & ENJOY
