BUYERS BEWARE.......    Trust me.    I have bought 5 Polaris Rangers in the last 5 years and I have never experienced this….   I Went to pick up a new 2009 Ranger Crew in Goldwaithe TX and when I got there it was a used Polaris with 44 hours on it.   LAME.  I bitched enough to Jody and finally got a "NEW" Polaris only to find out that this piece of "CRAP" was missing most of the bolts / nuts etc.   Their store had been broken into the night before “EVERYONE KNEW THIS INCLUDING JODY THE SALES GUY".    They sold this to me and watched me drive off with it.    Had it on my ranch for less than 3 hours when all hell broke lose and this thing started making all sorts of noise.   Had to trailer this puppy back to Austin   (3 hours from the ranch) only to find out from the other dealer of Polaris that I was lucky to be alive with all the missing internal parts and bolts.   I called Hoffpauir Service to complain 2 times and was put on hold indefinitely........   Then these bastards had the audacity to call me asking for my Ag exempt ID.   STAY AWAY FROM ALL HOFFPAUIR DEALERS.   SALES PEOPLE AND SERVICE ARE SCAMS.   THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORD.   ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS SELL ENOUGH TO ME TOP DEALER FOR “THEIR” DISCOUNTS.   There are plenty of dealers that are still concerned with safety and their customers. 

DO NOT BUY FROM JODY OR HOFFPAUIR ESPECIALLY IF YOU PUT KIDS ON YOUR VEHICLES!!!!!
