bjepsen85 Points: Y (0) / M (0) b j Email bjepsen85	I am getting on a lease in east texas outside of Quitman and would like one more person to split the cost with. There are 3 duck holes and will be 5 guns on the lease including yourself. It will be $800 for the season and you will be asked to put in at least 500 of that within the next week to reserve the spot. I have never hunted this place myself but the Gentleman leasing it to me has been guiding here for years and has had great success. He is also open to us managing the land to our liking and bringing guests as long as it is approved by the other hunters. you can email me at bjepsen85@yahoo.com if you would like to.

I am looking for one or two more guns, not a guide that will be on property a few times a week bringing clients in. If I wanted the land guided I would do it myself like I do my other places. This lease is for a private group so that the birds do not get overhunted.

I will be be leasing it to somone NOT from this website because I can not tell who may be a crazy lady, and I don't want you people on my lease.
