I'm between Conroe and Montgomery on 10 acres, mostly wooded, and am running out of room.  Looking for anyone that wouldn't mind letting me and my cousin train on their land. Cows ok.  Any help would be greatly appreciated, willing to pay!

AKC Hunt Test retrievers. In a perfect world I would be looking for at least 15 acres of cleared pasture with some rolling hills and maybe a pond or two.
