Any one have an idea how many gravity/protein feeders I should run.  I'm taking over a 200 acre all high fence ranch that has not been hunted in 3 years.  I have one 55 gal gravity feeder and plan on laying out Antlermax blocks and making two mineral spots.  ANy help would greatly help.

On 200 acres I would put it in the middle of the place.

Texas Parks and Wildlife recommend one gravity protein feeder per 310 acres

it really all depends on your deer density.  the higher the deer density the more supplemental feeding you will have to do.  200 acres high fenced is going to be tricky.  That's more like a pen.  Fiber is a big part of a deer's diet and depending on the deer density of this place, it could dictate a lot of things.  It's not as simple as putting a protein feeder every 310 acres.  There are a lot of other things that come in to play and because you are all high fenced with such a small acerage, that changes the dinamics quiet a bit.  Are there other exotics and such on the place?  I would get with the landowner and pick his brain...

The game picks from this year has several 8's one of which was around 130.  It was high fenced about 4 years ago.  If not fo rthe fence there probably wouldn't be anything left.  We have one gravity.  Were gong to run corn a little for the carbs.  ITs gonna be strange hunting such a small place but it was the best deal we could grab so we don't have to grab out gear from our other lease and hope for a place.
