Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,

My friend and I are looking to join a lease within 3 hours from DFW. We both are well seasoned hunters and enjoy the outdoors. We are very safety minded individuals. We are looking to spend up too 1500.00 a gun but will entertain the thought of paying more if the lease is well worth it. Below is a list of the main things we are looking for in a lease.

* Wife's and children allowed.
* Long term lease oportunities
* Would like sleeping quarters on site but not a must.
* Water and electric if possible
* Down to earth easy to get along hunting party.
* and of coarse abundance and variety of game animals, do not want to get on a lease that has been over hunted.
* A good acreage to hunter ratio. (seen a few leases out there that are putting 6 hunters on 300 acres)


A little about us:

We are a couple of down to earth,fun,easy going individuals not afraid of work. We would be more than happy to lend a hand working around the Ranch, both to improve the hunting grounds and to help the Rancher. We are both handy with our hands and can pretty much build or fix anything. We are both deer management minded and have no problems passing up young bucks to let them grow up, but on the other hand, we enjoy the tastes of what nature has to offer, so we do like to fill the freezer with doe's and culls.
