I just wanted to let you guys know that the XPC Contest will be Feb. 20th-21st. Registration will be from 8:00am-2:00pm Saturday at Lonestar Ranch & Outdoors in Cleburne, TX. You can mail in your entry forms, but they have to be received by February 19th. Hunters can start hunting at 10am on Saturday Feb. 20th. Check in time and weigh in will be at 12pm on Sunday February 21st. Last year we gave out $10,000 in cash and prizes, and had West End Grill serve BBQ. You can look at pictures from last years contest and download the rules and entry form on the web site. www.BrianDoty.com

Some of you may know that I have been working with the Children's Advocacy Center the for the past 3 years. I have picked them for my Charity and been able to raise money for this great organization. Each year the dollar amount has increased. Last year I was able to raise about $14,000. To increase that number this year is going to take some work. So I thought I would use the XPC Contest to do so. I will take 10% of each entry (which is only $12) and give it to the Children's Advocacy Center. This is not much, but will add up quick with a good turn out. This is a way for us all to do what we love, help out a great organization, and leave a positive mark on the industry! We will also be taking donations.

XPC ( Xtreme Predator Calling) Contest
February 20 - 21, 2010

Lonestar Ranch & Outdoors,  815 Industrial Blvd., Cleburne TX

The Xtreme Predator Calling (XPC) Contest is a Texas & Oklahoma State wide predator calling competition. Last year we gave out $10,000 in cash and prizes, had West End Grill serve BBQ, and attracted hunters from all over the state. This is a 26 hour calling contest that will be held Saturday and Sunday. Registration will be from 8:00am-2:00pm Saturday at Lonestar Ranch & Outdoors in Cleburne, TX. You are also allowed to mail in your entry form and fees as long as you sign that you understand all rules. Mail Ins have to be received by February 19th. Check in time and weigh in will be at 12pm on Sunday. After weigh in, all points will be calculated for places and pay outs. All team members that signed up have to be present at weigh in. This contest has newspaper, magazine and web site, advertisement. The XOA rig will be set up with flat screens playing XOA episodes, and Laser Shot games inside it.

This is a community event, so there will be lots of spectators. When you come to way in your animals, you will drive in behind the stage. As the staff totals your points and weight, Brian will interview your team and let you share your hunt with the audience. This is a fun and well run contest and we hope to see you there. Non hunters are welcome and eligible to enter select drawings for prizes.
