Trail Cam pic from my ranch in Cotulla Texas. It is only a 60 acre ranch and we try to manage as best as possible considering the situation. Was looking for an age on this deer and if it is a shooter. any feed back is appreciated,

BTW the date on the camera was wrong it should read 11-9-09

I am not the best at aging, but he sure looks like a mature buck to me, very full body, Roman nose

it would be hard to pass him up, especially if there are hunters on both sides of you

i hunt around the cotulla area as well.  will be heading down either tomorrow evening or very early friday.  So how has the deer activity been around there.
