This ugly buck was running 2 doe and he needed to go. He was 7 points and yes he does meet the 13" rule. He was about 180+lbs and has ears like a donkey. He was at about 10 yards from me facing me at one time. He was the largest bodied deer hanging at the processor. He was a hoss.

Great looking deer.

I have been hunting off of 149 the hole season and only seen one doe and a fawn.

I have a doe tag so i would be happy with to get the chance to harvest one but i am having truble finding one lol.

Know any good spots to get a doe?

Hey Tim, That's long time to hunt the SHNF. I've only hunted it for 19 years. I don't post much but I have read a lot of post. My son and I are finished for the year since we didn't apply for a doe permit. Now it's time to scout for next year and hunt for hogs. Tim congrts on the nice deer this year.
