Abbott Points: Y (0) / M (0) Shane Abbott	Buddies and I are putting the final touch on the meat house in the next couple of day. Opening date is set to be Nov 7. The Meat House will be located 7 miles south of Camp Wood on HWY 55 towards Uvalde. If you are coming from Camp Wood it will be on your left hand side, will be a flashing sign outside the building. We are going to process deer and all the other wild game. It is looking like the cost for a white tail will be $85 for a basic butcher. That is you bring it in we will gut it skin it and butcher it. We have 2 walk in coolers and a walkin freezer. Prices for other animals have not been determined yet. So bring in your kills and let us take care of the rest. Our hunting ranch is located north of Vance on 335, and we often have hunters ask us if there is any place to take their animals for processing. We will be happy to refer them to you. Questions, will you be able to ship the processed meat to "out of towners"? Will you be processing aoudad, hogs, axis? Will you make sausage? Will you work closely withthe taxidermist in Camp Wood or elsewhere? Will you be doing cold storage for game? Will you be open year-round, or only during deer season?
