This deer has been around the last two years.  Last year he had the same rack, just shorter.  I also have pics of him with another deer that has a smaller but VERY similar rack.  I have younger hunters coming to hunt - is this or his offspring a good candidate for culling?

He still looks young enough, he may make a good turn in the next year.  That being said, if a youngun' gets a shot at him...sausage.
