Next month, I will be participating in a charity shoot called “The Beretta USA - No Worries Classic”, which benefits Austin’s Wonders and Worries program.  I need your help.

Wonders & Worries is the only program in the nation that provides professional, free support in an individual as well as group setting to children with a parent diagnosed with a terminal disease.  Wonders & Worries services are always free of charge and are available in English and Spanish. Currently more than 2400 people in over 500 families are served by Wonders & Worries.

This year, I have put together a team of shooters with the goal of not only winning this tournament, but also raising significantly more money than any other team involved.  In order to accomplish this, I am asking for your help.

Our five person team will be participating in this shoot, and all team members have agreed to raise a minimum of $2,000 each prior to this event. 

I am keenly aware of the economic environment we are all operating in today.  My only objective is to get 100% of the people I ask to donate something.  Whether you donate $1.00 or $100 or more, I greatly appreciate your support.

You have several ways to make a difference in the lives of these children. 

First, you can go to my web page at http://ww.nwc.dojiggy.com/pledge/index.cfm?mid=MDEANE and make a donation.  You may elect to donate a fixed amount or a certain dollar amount for each clay pigeon I hit.  There will be a total of 50 clay pigeons per shooter, so a donation of $1.00 per clay will result in a $50 donation if I hit them all.  If you elect to enter a credit card, it will not be charged until after the event, and the number of clay pigeons hit has been established.  Alternatively, you can just enter a fixed dollar amount and put it on a credit card or send a check.

This event will be held on October 24th, which leaves us less than 30 days to reach our goal.  Please act now as our time is very short.
