looking for a day lease near Houston

I was wonering if anyone would know about a day lease that me and a couple of friends could hunt that is within an 1hr and a half of the houston area. We had a day lease where we would pay $40 per hunter but the guy who owns the land is now leaseing it out for the seasion and we need a new place to go. So if anyone knows of a place and wouldn't mind sharing your information with me it would be greatly appceated.
