Capt. Bryan Carter will be back here at Sportsman’s Finest visiting and sharing his knowledge and pictures about the famous Louisiana Redfish on the fly. Bryan is considered the top guide in the area, full endorsements by Patagonia, RL Winston Rods, and Hatch Reels, and will be featured on next year’s Drake Film Festival–The Drift 2! He will share the nuances of why the Louisiana redfish are so big, the region’s environment, and, most importantly, tactics & gear. Also, learn how to become eligible to win 2 days guided fishing with Bryan! Presentation at 2pm and visiting until close.

4:00pm-6:00pm THE SEA DART 16 LAUCHING Join us here at Sportsman’s Finest for the launching of the 16’ Sea Dart. The Sea Dart is a lapstreak canoe/kayak hybrid locally built by Escobedo Boat Works. Boat builder, JT VanZandt will be here showing the boat and answering any questions you might have on this highly crafted and versatile boat. Refreshments and snacks will be served.  JT will also host a paddleing demo with the Sea Dart 16 on Sunday at Lady Bird Lake from 9am to 2pm.
