We are excited about holding our 21st Century Deer Management Workshop (co-hosted with Purina Mills) on Friday, February 13th beginning at 9:00 am and our Superior Genetics Whitetail Deer Auction on Friday, February 13, 2009 at 2:00 pm at the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo. I hope you plan to attend and we encourage you to bring a friend or neighbor to the deer auction and the workshop. 
 
We will have a pre-auction dinner at the Livestock Auction Barn (same location as deer auction) on Thursday, February 12, 2009 from 6:30-8:00 pm. We will have food, drinks and you will have the opportunity to visit with your fellow deer enthusiasts, visit exhibitor booths and enjoy fellowship with other deer enthusiasts.
 
Exhibit booth space will be available on February 12th {exhibits open at 4:00 pm} and February 13th {exhibits open at 8:00 am} the booth space diagram and contract will be mailed with the consignment forms on November 7th.

Consignments for the February 13, 2009 TDA Superior Genetics Whitetail Deer Auction will be accepted beginning November 20th at 8:30 am CST through November 21st at 5:30 pm CST.
 
There will be 125 lots randomly selected from all consignments received during this timeframe. We will once again use the Blue Ribbon Lot scoring criteria to highlight the highest scoring 25% of the lots submitted. The Blue Ribbon Lot scoring criteria will be included with the consignment forms in the mail.
