SAINT PAUL, Minnesota -
Watch Pheasants Forever Television on Outdoor Channel, American's Leader in Outdoor TV
As an 18-year-old high school senior in Midland, Texas, David Harrison formed the West Texas Chapter of Quail Forever. You'll meet this youngster who sees the big picture on this week's episode of Pheasants Forever Television, airing on Outdoor Channel on Thursday, August 28th at 10PM CDT / 11PM EDT. The episode will also air on Friday, Aug. 29th at 10AM CDT / 11AM EDT and again on Saturday, Aug. 30th at 5:30PM CDT / 6:30PM EDT.
Pheasants Forever Television host Ron Schara travels to the Lone Star State for a hunt with David Harrison, the only teenager who has started a Quail Forever chapter. Not only that, Harrison is the owner and trainer of national champion bird dogs. Though the pair finds scaled quail, Schara also finds himself in quite a "sticky" situation…you'll have to see it to believe it!
Have you ever wanted to just skip out on work and go hunting? Believe it or not, it's an itch a few employees at Pheasants Forever's national office in Saint Paul, Minnesota, have to scratch every fall. Pheasants Forever Television is there as veteran upland hunters Bob St.Pierre (PF Director of Marketing & PR) and John Edstrom (PF Merchandise Supervisor) play hooky to take fellow employees Todd Sauers (PF Art Director) and Janine Kohn (PF National Education Specialist) out for their first-ever pheasant hunt near Waseca, Minnesota!
Finally, Pheasants Forever Television looks back at Pheasants Forever's first 25 years! Pheasants Forever celebrated the milestone earlier this year, welcoming nearly 30,000 to National Pheasant Fest 2008 in Saint Paul. And Pheasants Forever Television was there for every minute of it! Come take a look back, and get excited about where Pheasants Forever is going in the next 25!
