Action is imminent on two issues of vital importance to waterfowl. In preliminary action, both the Wetlands Reserve Program (WRP) and the North American Wetlands Conservation Act (NAWCA) have been recommended for funding cuts at a time when waterfowl need more funding Take Action Today!for those programs.

The U.S. Senate will act soon to make their funding recommendations. We must convince key senators on the Appropriations Committee to suggest a stronger funding level for WRP and NAWCA.

The voters are the best voices to convince elected officials of what’s important and deserves support. It’s easy to do that. Click here to send a pre-drafted message to your senator. The instructions will tell you if one of your senators should be contacted regarding WRP or NAWCA at this stage in the process.

Thank you for taking action!
