I wish I would have been thinking about pictures Friday night, Tyler fixed T-bone steaks on the grill and Scorpion Tails (see link to receipe http://texashuntfishforum.com/flexiforums/thread.cfm?pid=13671&sid=48&fid=30). They were excellent and we had a fiest.
This is Tyler fixing breakfast Saturday morning, he is a friend of my daughters and is now a friend of mine.

Tyler's breakfast fixing that was cooked up and eggs scrambled in. Was real good with tortillas.

Tyler was able to do a little bird hunting with a Benjamin .22 air rifle and we finished the day off with some fishing. Tyler is ready to go again.
He made a good hand, cook and friend.
As Brad Loudin says "Take a child hunting or fishing !!!"

Tyler looked like he knew what was going on with the cooking. That's excellent! That sometimes seems to be a skill that is not taught much anymore. We send our children into the world these days without teaching them "life" skills.

Nothing like letting a kid experience the outdoors first hand. He will never forget that and trip and will hopefully one day repay the gratitude to someone else.
