These are scans, my cam uses 35mm film it is not digital. This was the first time I've had one set up at my feeder. I think I'm going to save up and buy a good digital one cause I love these pics.

You'll notice that the camera is positioned different in some of these. at some point in time one of the straps let loose and the camera pointed down some.

Dana, Is your dad the dentist in Brownwood? That's who I use. We talk bowhunting when I have to go see him. I live in Bangs. I'd like to meet you sometime.

No, Dale is not my father. We are not even related. His father did deliver me however. His wife was one of my teachers in high school.

Those are really some very nice bucks. some will need a couple of years but a couple could be taken this year. That's it! I'm going to get me a game cam and put it up on my lease.

Dana, those are some very good photos of some nice bucks. I too wish I had a digital camera system.
James, look into getting a digital system they take more pictures and developing is zero. Some view them with a digital camera that will uses the same card and another has two cards, when at the lease changes first with the second and goes to Wal Mart to use their Help Your Self photo viewer to see his pictures.

I understand what everyone is saying about getting a digital trail cam VS. the 35mm cam. However, there are two very important factors that I have to deal with. One is the expense. I can get a 35mm for just under $50.00 and a decent digital is 4 times that amount. Second, with my lease being only ten miles from a town, I have been warned by some of the other folks that have been on the lease for a couple of years that sometimes things come up missing so I don't want to have to replace what I consider an expensive camera. Also, I won't be there every weekend and I plan on setting it where it won't take a picture every few seconds or minutes. In other words I won't have 15 pics of the same racoon within an hours time.

Yeah James I know what you mean about being in close to town. I've had a couple of things dissapear from my land. when you have a place closer to a town you gotta keep things buttoned up a little tighter. My place where these pics were taken is less than 5 miles outside of town. I had this cam set up to take a wait tem minutes between pics. I did that to get a quick roll of film. I will probably set it to wait an hour, maybe even an hour and a half between pics. Plus I'm going to put a T-post in the ground to mount it to so it won't come loose like it did during these. Just to let you know, this was one of those cheap under fifty dollar cams from Wal-Mart. So it does not take a expensive game cam to get good pics. I had 24 exp. film in this and every one came out good.
One of the reasons I want a didgital is cause it will take way more photos without having to be serviced. That way I can set it to take pics every few minutes and wont have to go change the film every few days.

Dana,
Those are some super pics of the bucks. I just realized that your last name is spelled different than Dale's. It's a small world though.

No Allen, It's not in west Texas. It's right outside of Brownwood, which is right in the center of Texas. I'm real exited this year cause its the first year that I seem to be having good bucks coming in. My land is only 17 acres, 3/4 of it is a hilltop.
