Overview:

5000 acres, 50 miles South of Sonora , just north of Juno. Need one gun. Lease has camp house with full kitchen and shower and toilet. Have Aoudad, whitetails, Hogs, dove, quail, and varmints. It is a year round lease. One 4.5 year old mature buck 8 points or better, one doe, one longhorn spike per member. Bounty paid on some varmints. Feeding program is in place. Each person can have two stands and as many feeders as they want or can afford at each stand. Each member needs one feeder throwing protein at one of their stands. Third year on lease and have killed one Ten that dressed 162 lbs. Members may bring quest during the year but during hunting season only one guest at a time and they shoot off of your quota. There are 12 total guns on this lease and we need one as we had a person drop off for family reasons.

Kitchen, with Full size stove, Hot H20, Fridge, and Dining area, bathroom with shower and toilet. Three deer allowed. Bounty on Hogs, Coyotes, Bobcats, and Mountain Lion. Year round lease and guest allowed. Their are 12 spots on the lease and right now there are 6 openings
