Thus making this a perfect habitat, hiding place and hunting ground for white tail deer, mule deer, quail, dove, javelina, rabbit and varmits (coyotes, fox, bobcat). It is abutted with 280 acres of property non-fenced. Thus making it easy to find your kill if it should run. This has been an unusual rainy year and it has made all the vegetation very beautiful and green. Perfect for the animals to feast on. A road is being planned to be grated directly up the fence line soon. For now four wheel vehicles are highly recommended. You may bring your own deer blind and feeder if you like. ----- The surrounding areas provide fishing and boating at nearby Pecos River and Red Bluff Reservoir.
