3500 acres timber land with hardwoods and pines near DeKalb. 12 month lease access, deer hunting with doe tags, year round hog hunting, some turkey and duck, 3 camp sites, 1 site with barn for covered ATV parking, several RV hookups with electric and water, 1 site with several hookups for electric, 1 site is primative. 2 fishing ponds. Only 25 guns allowed. 3 stands per gun. Guests & children allowed. $1000 per gun for year round access.
