Overview:

Looking for a new lease or if your still looking we have starting to get calls from land owners about the 2010 season also we still have season leases for this season that or we can hold the ranch till the 2010 season, here a few that we have in at this time. Has alot of you hunters know the prices stat off high then later in the year they will come back down I still have all of these Ranchs for lease at the bottom Dollar? Here a few of the smaller leases we have there a 2 in here thats looking for one or two hunters

(1) 475 acres in mill's Country land owner would like to have a family group but will lease it to a group that has hunted with each other for sometime now. there is some feeders & stands a small cabin for 6 he ask no to hunt around the cabin he has a feeder set up around 75 yards and said the kids like seeing them when your cooking out. so he saves 75 acres for the deer to bed up mid day no more than 5 $10.000

(2) 300 acres in Hondo with cabin there stands with feeders there lots of deer .turkey & hogs looking for 3 familys $1500 a gun

(3)80 acres with a big mountain you need a 4 wheel drive to go over the top its lots more land than 80 acres with the mountain, lots of hogs Deer & Turkey and there times the dove hunting is very good, you can a guest time to time to hunt hogs and doves Water & Elec 2 guns $1000 a gun year round also

(4) 190 acres in throckmorton for 2 or 3 guns I beleave there in Water & Elec . but there some nice deer comes out of some of the small patches of woods we took a 161 out of a 320 acres I've working out there fore 16 years and you need 100 to 200 acres per man, But if you walked the out side onf the place that would help alot looking for sign before I payed him $1100 a gun, I ask the owner that I help out time to time and he knows the guy and said he did have some good places and it about 1/4 mile from where the young army girl took that big boy.

(4) 200 + acres in burnet with 2 story house some stands and feeders he wanting 2 more guns on the place and there a older guy nthat over seas alot due to his job but he been hunting there a long time he goes to his stand and the rest is yours to hunt the land owner said the other hunter not a big drinker but he not agents others that do. I under stand its a nice lease$1200 a gun 2 more guns on a 3 gun lease

(5) Close to 200 acres in Bandara with the cabin on top of the mountain for 3 guns you can take your bucks andbv does and there Black buck's,,Axis..Fallow,,Audade I'm trinking you can take 2 not the same type stands and feeders up also lots of hogs and turkey 3 guns $1500 a gun                                                                                                                                                 Guys this is part of the smaller leases we do have bigger places in thhe hill country and lots of vleases up north on the Red river some with  cabins .lodges or ren a house in town

 (6) 780 acres on Packsaddle mountain LLANO lots of trophy aoudad '34+ white tail great hunting therehogs and turkey and other type of game last time we talked he was asking $3000 a gun but he said he will come down $2000

(7) 389 acres in Llano with cabin water & Elec looking for 3 family groups Deer, Turkey & Hogs $1250 a gun
