Overview:

Beautiful and rural, not hunted for several years until recently and very little traffic then. We have seen big "monster" deer on this property as well as wild hogs, turkey and plenty of birds. There is a place for campers and trailers and hunters will provide their own meter with meter pole furnished. Five people will be allowed on this lease and would prefer non smokers and responsible party. It is located north of Elbert Texas, a short drive of about two hours from metroplex.
