Great Lease for group of conservation minded hunters. In the middle of the South Texas Brush country. about 15 minutes from Freer, Tx. Electricity and campsite available. Nice, covered, bbq area with fire pit. Camp area just recently had bull dozer work done. Thick brush with plenty of senderos.  There are no cattle on the place, plenty of deer, hogs, quail and dove. easy accessable . 1 trophy, 2 culls, and one doe per hunter. Reduced for this year only...Must see to appreciate.
