Overview:

Whitetail Deer Season Lease:

Whitetail trophy buck hunting is always a very exciting time at the Turk Ranch. East and west side hunting will remain combined to give you more flexibility in your choice of hunting location each day.  We can accept up to 24 season lessees, but are choosing to limit the total number of season lessees to 22 for 2008. Whitetail deer season leasees may harvest bucks or does with a bow or rifle from the beginning of bow season through January 4, 2009.

Pricing Details:

Our Season Lease prices will be $1,800.00 for 2008. Fifty percent is to be paid by April 1 for renewals and the balance by June 1.  Additional family members may join you for $180.00 each.  Also, you may add Spring Turkey Season to your lease for half of the regular price. If adding 2008 Spring Turkey Season to your Season Lease, your first installment is due March 15, 2008. Please see our season lease agreements and ranch rules for full details.

Whitetail Deer 3-Day or 30-Day Management Hunts:

Cost for the 3-day hunt is only $300.00 and you may take 2 does, predators, and javelina. We reserve the right to allow you a spike or other designated management buck in substitution for 1 of your does. You may have an "other family hunter" on the hunt with you for only $30.00 (limit one doe).

Cost for the 30-Day Management Lease is $600.00 for the month of October (Oct. 1-31) and you may take up to 3 does.  You may have an "Other Family Hunter" on the hunt with you for only $60.00 and they may take 1 doe. We reserve the right to allow you a spike or other designated management buck in substitution for 1 of your does.
