Overview: This lease is comingled with deer hunters, however on the times listed above the quail hunters have the run of the entire 10880 acres. A three bed room ranch house is available for the exclusive use of the quail hunters. Barn facilities are also available for feed and equipment storge. This is a very nice hunting camp complex. There is a very large population of Blues and a recovering population of Bobs. Excellent spring rains show promise of a very good hatch. Terrain is rolling with brushy draws and relativly open tops. An intensive livestock grazing program has resulted in very good cover for birds. Only management minded hunters need inquire. I am very interested in developing a long term relationship with the right group on hunters.
