Overview: This lease is an all inclusive lease. The ranch will provide supplemental feed,corn,guides,fulltime cook, blinds feeders and lodging. The ranch has a year-round spring that is the headwaters of a major river here in Texas. The fishing is good for bass and catfish. There is good waterfowl hunting as well as good dove and turkey hunting. The ranch has been high fenced for 8 years with good management program in place. The lodge is nice and can sleep up to 10 hunters. we also have a guest house for the guides and cook. This lease would best suite a Corporate group.
