I was running back from the gaswells headed to the ramp when I noticed the water boiling in choppy water. i ran over the school before I could stop. I baited norma's and the kids rods with live shrimp under a popping cork. didnt take more than 2 minutes for Justin and JR to hook up. Each fish made a couple of runs when they would get close to the boat. They had their lines crossing and had to pull them out from under the boat. it took about 10 to 15 minutes to bring them in Justin's measured 33 inches and JR's was 29 1/2. when we took pictures I think the kids took pictures with each others fish. I had already used my tag and I am not aware what the law is with kids oversized with no stamp so the fish were released. It took awile to revive them even though they were only in the boat long enough to measure them and take a quick pic. Thats why they grabbed the wrong fish. They were talking about them all the way to the ramp. I dont know if they had more fun catching them or me and Norma watching them fight these monsters. Now they want to make the long run to the gaswells everytime we go out .
