Good job, I wish I had seen this video before I got my first deer. 

That's basically the way we field dress our deer.  The only things I do different is ream the anus, tie it off and pull it back thru the intestinal cavity.  I don't like splitting the pelvis, in my opinion it allows more debri to come in contact with the meat and then you have to trim that dried meat off and discard it.

I dont cut or break the pelvis but very similar in the cuts and stuff

I dont split the pelvis either I ream around the anus linke hntr described and remove the hind quarters from the pelvis at the ball joint of the hip.   The only thing I split is the chest and I do it and all leg joints and neck with brush loppers.
