Caleb is just a young buck himself who has some maturing to do as a hunter.  I guarantee he'll look back on this in ten years and regret it.  I was once a young, trigger happy, uneducated hunter myself who several times referred to a spike or forkhorn as a trophy.  That's how we learn.  However, on the bright side of this video, caleb did a nice job with the editing.  Be a little more patient next time young man.
