This buck was filmed on The Berry Ranch near Dilley in January 2006. It was found dead, killed by predators (coyotes or mountain lion) two weeks after the season was over.  Cryin' shame.  He didn't look more than 3.5-4.5 YO to me.

I would question that score. And his age would seem to be in question as well with the last few frames from the looks of that head and roman nose. Tines seemed short to score much more that the 160's to me. IMO anyway for what it is worth and not much sometimes.... But I have been known to short change a deer..... shame to die from any reason but a hunter harvest anyhoot!

Definently a waste of a fine animal. I don't know what he would score, but If I had a chance at him, he would be on my wall.
