Found out this morning a buck attractant quite by accident.

I was fixing breakfast burritos and I burned a tortilla on the gas burner.  I didn't want it to stink up the house so I opened the side kitchen door and tossed it out.  It had no more than hit the ground and a buck appeared.  While I was watching him, I burned another tortilla, so I tossed it out and another appeared.

So I had to grab my camera and video them while I tossed a few tortillas.

Flour!!  At least that is what I burned.

You know, it is sad to have this many deer in your back yard and can not hunt.  I have to go an hour away, feed and wait for hopefully one to come by.

That's just not right!

I live in a community and it is non hunting.  I can discharge a shot gun with bird shot or up to a 38 special shot shell for problem animals.

I had a deer chase my dog twice to the back door.  Second time I met it with a 3" bird shot from a .410 and I can tell you that 12 yards it did not leave it tracks.  But then you have to haul it off, cause it is against the law to process it killed out of season.
