My name is Cynthia, I'm 32, born and raised in Texas and have been deer hunting in our great state since I was 7 years old.  I did some fishing as a kid, but kind of lost interest until 6 years ago, when I met my now Husband, and he got me addicted to carp fishing. In return I got him addicted, er, well madly obsessed better describes it...to deer hunting, which he had never done before we met. We've been married since Oct. 2007, and try to spend all of our free time, camping, fishing, and of course, HUNTING!  I've read posts on this site several times over the years, and finally actually had the time to join!

Spent the last 13 years hunting on a ranch near San Angelo and then last year we also hunted on the rancher's other property near Snyder. We will now be hunting only the Snyder ranch from now on.  Other than deer, we are just starting to really get into predator and hog hunting, (the lease near San Angelo didn't have either, being in sheep country), and our Snyder lease has an abundance of both, and even some great Mule deer.

I'm a glass and jewelry artist, making handmade glass beads and jewelry, was a photographer before that, and my husband and I are now thinking about starting to sell our homemade, affordable "gourmet" (LOL!!), game attractants for deer and possibly hogs, since they have done so well for us and our friends and family. If we do, we may have to get some of you guys to field test them for us first!

We live in Plano with our two "four-legged kids" a 1/2 beagle, 1/2 jack russell dog, Bella, and our snow-shoe siamese cat Mojo.
