Commission Adopts Changes to Hunting, Fishing Rules

Summary: AUSTIN, Texas -- Hunters can mark the calendar for Nov. 3 and start making plans for the opening day of the general season for white-tailed deer and Rio Grande turkey, regardless of where they plan to hunt in Texas.
