Summary:

Need 1 - 4 hunter to fill lease.  Family type lease, year round, We've had this place for 16 years and never been over hunted.  Good muture deer, turkey, lot of bird. Guest allowed. Old camp house with RV plugs.  Thick brush for West Texas with lots of cover. Stand and high rack hunting.  8 point are better, mule deer. 5 deer limit, guest allowed. Have lot of pictures  Dryden, Texas,  Terrell Co. (100 miles west of Del Rio)

Summary: It is 182 acres surrounded by large ranches. No water or light, and has travel trailer for sheltar. Area is small hills, heavy brush, that is 85 miles west of Del Rio on hwy 90.There is two blinds with feeders and a tripod also without a feeder.
