5000 acres in Edwards and Sutton Counties West of Rocksprings, TX and South of Sonora, TX. Lease manager contact Ken Murphy 281-543-7737, I'll update this page periodically with pics and videos of what's going on out there. Our 14 member year round lease for gun or bow has 1 possible spot available.  We have leased the ranch since 1997 and put a strong emphasis on management for quality deer.  We have bucks into the 150 class, with most 3-4 year old bucks being in the 120 to 135 B&C class.  There are 2 buildings (2 BR house and 2 BR mobile home) for lodging, can sleep 14 comfortably, with Dish TV, A/C, dishwasher etc. Ranch is well watered from windmills to troughs in every pasture.  The ranch is rolling hills on the western edge of the Hill country with live oak, spanish oak and cedar and great roads. Members are allowed 1 trophy buck and 1 management buck plus does and family is ok.  Turkey are plentiful and there are occasional axis deer that we are trying to get established. Bow season, regular season and spring turkey season all included, year round feed program in place. 23 blinds and feeders are already in place. Members are required to contribute to work weekends, filling feeders and other lease maintenance deeds. Members must be highly committed to managing for quality deer.

 Guys this will be the last Of us posting any leases on Hunt Fish, If you have not been reading the trash talking  then you may want to here from a group of guys that has never even E- mailed us more than less hired us, but you can thank the guys like mickeal243, Drop tine,& PowerstrokeHunter and others that has Slander us for the last time, I've been with Hunt Fish for many years  I've ask them to look into many times and nothing has been done, I've ask H/F to E- mail them and have them send H/F Just one E- mail from me or them showing we nhave e-mailed each other, never happen. the guys say I get my leases from the papers I ask to post one never did that then a week later I was told I got them from free sites I ask drop tine to do a better jop this time by showing everone I was getting them from a free site he never did, I wish I knew why there up set at us,Tell you what if anyone can get a bE- mail from any of them showing I've done them wrong I'll find your lease at no fee,, P,S I was ask by 2 paying sites last week idf I would post them on tnere sites and there would be no trask talking, everyone has there rights to the way they nfeel but this go way to high than just freedom of Speech,Its Slander If I can't get all the leases onthis page I'll try posting a new page

# 14 389 acres Llano with cabin all game never showed it the 09 season. I talked him down from $1850 to $1200 a gun I have no Ideal what he going to ask after the 1st of the year,he is running 2 or 3 hunts on it for tax's, and I be leave if someone wanted it just after the 1st of the year we could still get it the $1200 price but you let set there and he will go back to $1800 Won't know till end of Spring Turkey Season
