Summary:

3000 ac pasture for lease at $3.00 ac with water and electic for RV's.  North of Hwy 90 West of Dryden, Texas.  Really thick and good draws and mature deer.  Never been over hunted first time to offer as a pasture for lease.

Summary:

Need 1 - 4 hunter to fill lease.  Family type lease, year round, We've had this place for 16 years and never been over hunted.  Good muture deer, turkey, lot of bird. Guest allowed. Old camp house with RV plugs.  Thick brush for West Texas with lots of cover. Stand and high rack hunting.  8 point are better, mule deer. 5 deer limit, guest allowed. Have lot of pictures  Dryden, Texas,  Terrell Co. (100 miles west of Del Rio)

Summary:

family type year round lease, have had this place for 15 years and never been over hunted nice mature deer lot of birds.  Lost some of my older hunters this year and need 4 hunters interested in long term lease.  Blind and high rack hunting.  Feed year round.  Real thick for west Texas good cover with blind far far apart.  Old house and RV plugs.  West of Dryden, Texas,  Terrell County
