Need 1 - 4 hunter to fill lease.  Family type lease, year round, We've had this place for 16 years and never been over hunted.  Good muture deer, turkey, lot of bird. Guest allowed. Old camp house with RV plugs.  Thick brush for West Texas with lots of cover. Stand and high rack hunting.  8 point are better, mule deer. 5 deer limit, guest allowed. Have lot of pictures  Dryden, Texas,  Terrell Co. (100 miles west of Del Rio)

1800acres west texas yearly deer lease.Im looking for 2-3 hunters to join me and two other hunters on a great lease we have had the lease for the past 3yrs now.we have done some deer management in those three years and we are seeing some great results we are looking for a small family atmosphere .we do allow alcoholic drinks to have a good time just dont act like an idiot .we only had 3 hunters last year so we have not had any problems the ranch is part of about 16,000 acres we are east and west plenty of deer we have seen quiet a few of pronghorn west of the ranch also there is a place for your rv or tents i will furnish the electric bill .these bucks you see in the picture were taken off the ranch in the past three years.what i really like about this lease is all the low fence ranches around us.they maintain there deer managment relly well and you see alot of good mature shooter bucks.the rut useally kicks in about thanksgiving and you better be ready because you see deer everywhere.
