The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), and representatives from the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) — the trade association for the firearms industry — today announced the return of the “Don’t Lie for the Other Guy” major campaign to reduce illegal straw purchases of firearms in the Houston area.

The evening of Oct. 12, the public is invited to hear a team of federal and state partners make presentations and answer questions about the Natural Resource Damage Assessment (NRDA) process for the Deepwater Horizon oil spill.
