after we took the trophy bison we deceided to never take another for trophy but loved the meat so much that we would take a meat bison for food each year.deena took the first one here.

deena took this old trophy kudu at 142 yards with her contender in 35 rem.

this was our first trophy in south africa in 2002.a blesbok with the 375 win contender.

one of my favroite,248 yard shot with contender in 375 win.had to get to 148 yards to finish,bullet didnt perform at the longer range.

this nyala was taken by my wife,Deena with her scope sighted contender in 35 rem.with spear safaris in south africa.

on our last trip to africa,deena managed to get this typical trophy nyala to go with her non typical.

This was taken on a ranch in Tilden. All low fence, some pretty impressive deer. The guide was getting ready for a trophy hunting show and had them all down from the wall to be on display at the show.

This is the first European mount that i did myself, it was a smaller buck that i shot  on our east texas lease with my savage 270, he is a bit on the small size but he was injured, had a broke leg probally caught it jumping a fence, so I went ahead and took him.  He made a beautiful mount and didn't taste that bad either, so all in all he's a trophy in my book.

We hunted Butterfield Canyon Ranch in Coke County for turkey last April 2007.  Three were successful with the turks, but a fine time was had by all.
