aghh - Great Question Ricky... What are some categories you would like to see added to the forum. We have been thinking about: Reloading (or more general Reloading, Ammunition & Ballistics) Hunting Gear Reviews (We think the forum is a more inviting place to write short reviews and blurbs than the Journals based on the last months of watching our users. Everything from blinds, stands, feeders, rangefinders, binos, gps, camo, backpacks, atvs, etc. We really want our members to feel more comfortable sharing what works and doesn't work for them without the formality of our Product Review Section.) Fishing Gear Reviews (same thought process as Hunting Gear Reviews) Gun Talk (Rifles, Shotguns, Handguns, Muzzleloaders and anything else that spits powder) Stringed Instruments (Compound, Recurve, Traditional and Crossbow) How's Your Lease (talk about your lease, the animals you are seeing, what you paid and are you happy. We assume those of you who have a gem of a lease will be pretty quiet, but it sure would help warn people off of over-hunted or poorly managed leases for next season) Guides: Good, Bad and the Ugle (Praise a great guide, warn others of a not-so-great guide Favorite DVD, TV, Magazine, Radio and other websites. (We can't be everything for everyone, so tell others about stuff you enjoy to read, watch, listen. For example, I would say www.ballistics.ntinnovations.com, and www.landsoftexas.com for the web, "Man vs. Wild" on TV, "Don't Shoot Young Big Bucks" on DVD, and the TWA Magazine. I am going with 184 - but I agree with Dean's comments - I am picking 184 just to pick a number. Regarding the video, the first video upload is a mp4 file. Windows Media Player doesn't support MP4 without downloading a little utility. But if you are using an Apple Computer, it should play. The second video upload is an AVI file. It plays in a very large screen for me. I asked Jeremy to try to make it play in a little smaller size so it fits in the forum thread. Vicente emailed two still photos and I will try to upload some different file types tomorrow. If you don't mind, when you reply, tell me which file type is working for you. don't shoot him wait until I post the video I took last weekend of Dr. James Kroll discussing this issue with literally hundreds of photos of the same deer over a 5.5 year period. The results will surprise you and make you consider ever shooting a young buck again unless you are literally managing over-population.
