Summary:

2000 acre after deer season quail lease.  This ranch is about 15 minutes from Seymour, Texas.  Lots of small tanks over the whole property and a seasonal creek runs through the middle of it.  Extenive brush management has opened up the pastures and provide excellent quail country.  No sandspurs.  Lodging is available at ranch headquarters or hunters can stay in Seymour.  Asking $4000.

I've got 2000 acres available in Baylor County for after deer season quail.  Pastures are very huntable with little pear and no sandspurs.  Lodging is available about 5 miles from lease with all amenities (does not go with lease).  Bobs only.  Several tanks on property and it has roads throughout.
