Summary:
Santa Anna Hunting Area (SAHA) is a family run quality hunting preserve dedicated to give a hunting experience unrivaled in Texas and the great southwest. Santa Ana Hunting AreaSummary:
Santa Anna Hunting Area (SAHA) is a family run hunting preserve. Gerry and Eldena Stearns run the day to day operations on the section size preserve (600 plus acres) which include: Pheasant, Chuckar and Quail hunts. John R. Stearns started Santa Anna Hunting Area in 1986. He realized then that hunting was becoming less and less accessible and that hunting has never been free. The days of the knock on the door "Can I hunt" and the "cheap hunting lease" are gone. All hunts include: dogs, dog handlers, bird cleaning, packaging and ice. All you'll need is to bring is an ice chest, plenty of shot-shells and a shotgun. Wish to bring your own dog? We have birds. Call for details. Concho Valley Lodge
Summary:
The Concho Valley Lodge caters to the more discriminating hunter. At our hunting lodge, located in Southwest Coleman County, near the pristine O.H. Ivey Reservoir, we provide you with a remote and beautiful setting where you and a friend, or friends can escape and spend the days scouring the countryside for game or for fun, or simply relaxing in our spacious, modern, air conditioned lodge. Located on a 1200 acre working ranch, you are assured of some of the best quail, dove and turkey hunting that Texas has to offer. The seven large ponds, all with nearby grain fields, make the dove hunting exciting and plentiful. Quail are equally numerous. Bennie and Wylene Williams, proprietors, take great pride in serving their guests top quality meals throughout their stay. The only things you need to bring is your hunting license, your guns and the love you have for the great outdoors. We provide the rest! Wilbanks RanchSummary: Unless stated above lodging is $50 per day/person (2 person minimum), meals are $50/day/person (2 person minimum). Non-hunting guests fee is $100/day (includes Lodging and meals).
The ranch has actively managed its deer, turkey, and quail for the past 14 years. We feed protein all year and plant food plots to supplement the diets of the wildlife.
