Bobs Creek Ranch

Summary: This lease is comingled with deer hunters, however on the times listed above the quail hunters have the run of the entire 10880 acres. A three bed room ranch house is available for the exclusive use of the quail hunters. Barn facilities are also available for feed and equipment storge. This is a very nice hunting camp complex. There is a very large population of Blues and a recovering population of Bobs. Excellent spring rains show promise of a very good hatch. Terrain is rolling with brushy draws and relativly open tops. An intensive livestock grazing program has resulted in very good cover for birds. Only management minded hunters need inquire. I am very interested in developing a long term relationship with the right group on hunters.

Quahadi Wildlife & Ranch Retreat

Summary: On the Borden County Ranch we have fishable water in ponds (bass and catfish). We have areas of one section (640 acres) minimum up to 7 sections or even the whole 25 section (16,000 acres) Borden County Ranch. There are Antelope, native Pronghorn (only available if the State offers permits), Whitetail deer, a few Mule deer, Plentiful Bobwhite and Blue (or Scaled) Quail, ducks on ponds, Rio Grande Turkey, predators and feral hogs along the river and Mourning Doves. Glasscock/Howard Co ranch - excellent quail hunting, of both Bobwhite and Scaled/Blue and numerous good Whitetail bucks, Sandhill Crane, dove and a few ducks. We have coyote, bobcat - even the occassional mountain lion - and many prairie dogs. Fully catered packaged hunts with professional outfitters, well-trained dogs,hunting vehicles, ranch, lodge,and meals. We also offer day hunts, seasonal and annual leases. Several Leases on 50,000 acres. Borden Co Ranch - 16,000 acres/Howard-Glasscock Co Ranch - 34,000 acres. Annual leases including all hunting, fishing, camping and hiking on the Borden County Ranch cost from $7/acre - $10/acre. Prices on the Glasscock County Ranch are also $7/acre - $10/acre for annual recreation and all species hunting. It also includes limited catch and release fishing at the Lodge. Lease sizes range from 2 sections - 4 sections to 6 sections - 10 1/2 sections to 20+/- sections and combinations of lodging may be included. Cheaper seasonal,split season and/or one species hunting or recreational leases are available for $2-$6/acre. We also offer seasonal leases. Whitetail seasonal leases start at $2,000 per person, plus applicable trophy fees. Wild quail seasonal leases start at $2500 per person. There is a 2 person minimum. We also offer annual memberships for families or corporations starting at $600/year up to $10,000 or more for large groups. These are basically $10/unit of use per day. Annual memberships are not leases, but rather use of unleased land. Alcohol allowed in moderation only at camp - not in buildings or outside camp or while hunting. No smoking while hunting or outside of camp. Guests allowed depending on pay structure. Seasonal lease, annual, 6 month, 2-5 years, or long term - Lease length varies. Minimum of 2 and maximum of 100 in group. We stable horses according to lease agreement and availability. We can furnish stands, feeders and feed according to agreement for extra fee. RV hookups and luxury lodge available as well as homes and kitchens or meals may be arranged all for a fee.

3500 Acre Hamilton Co. Annual Lease

Summary: A part of 70,000 acre management co-op for 10 years. Large bodies of water great for ducks and fishing. Excellent deer, turkey and quail hunting, also good for dove and varmints. Blackbuck antelope also included. New metal bunk house and mess hall. Great for corporate lease.

Summary: We have an abundance of turkey and dove throughout the place. Our Quail population is growing every year with new coveys springing up all the time. We have been producing quality whitetails for several years. We feed our deer rolled milo all year around with corn spin feeders running from August to March. Our varmint (hogs, fox, coyote, bobcat, and rabbit) population is controlled mainly by hunting season. We occasionally call for predators. Our hunters shoot any predators that may come to a feeder to help protect our livestock.
