Need one hunter fill this lease. The lease is located three miles north of Jean, TX in Young County. The 1,165-acre property offers mesquite and hardwood cover, creek bottoms, natural grasses and brush. The topography is rolling plains with several ravines and rock ledges. Seven tanks are located on the property. The Little Salt Creek of the Brazos River traverses the acreage from NE to SW. The property holds dove, quail, turkey, teal, coyote, rabbit and deer. Quail rights are leased separately.
