The ranch is near Juno in Northern Val Verde County. The country is generally rough and hilly with some high divide areas. Under long established wildlife management program. Native grasses and brush, primarily red berry cedar. Cabins with utilities are available at each of four separate but contiguous leases. Shown by appointment.

Hunting lease available near Pumpville, TX. Close ranch access just off the main highway. 10,000 acres...comes with nice house and cleaning facility (no walk-in cooler). Harvest is allocated to 15 mature bucks, 15 does and quail hunting. No predator hunting is allowed. No livestock on the ranch in the last 10 years. Was not hunted last season. No MLDP, hunting time frame is from the beginning of deer season through the end of quail season. Price is $40,000...50% due upon agreement, remaining balance due on Sept. 1, 2011. I have several spots open on an annual hunting and fishing lease.  This 7500 acre ranch has tremendous frontage on Lake Amistad.  The property is approximately 20 miles north of Del Rio, Texas and is on the Northeast side of the lake.  There are whitetail, quail, dove, turkey and some Aoudad on the ranch.  The ranch has water throughout not to mention the lake frontage which combine keep the game present!  There are two cabins with electric and water.  Two marinas nearby with boat ramps.  This is truly a outdoorsman paradise!!

We have been in the guided trophy whitetail business for 15 years. We attract individual groups of hunting friends as well as corperate groups. On your hunt you may sit a stand or tripod, rattle, walk draws or ride hunt. We adapt the hunt to the buck activity. We stress safety at all times. Alcohol is allowed in the evening when guns are put up unloaded.
